These terms apply to purchases from FitFilter, an independent retailer of compatible refrigerator-filter replacements.

Product selection

Check the full cartridge reference and product information before ordering. Manufacturer names and codes are used to identify references and do not imply affiliation, genuine origin or endorsement. Contact us if your model or connection is unclear.

Prices and orders

Review the selected item, quantity, currency, delivery charge and applicable taxes at checkout before paying. Product availability is shown for the selected option. Orders are fulfilled from China after purchase.

Delivery and changes

Only the destinations offered at checkout are supported. If we cannot fulfil an order as agreed or identify a material error, we will contact you about the available options, including cancellation and refund rights. We will not charge an increased price after payment without your agreement.

Returns and refunds

Our returns policy explains the 30-day voluntary offer for unused filters, customer-paid return postage to China, and the separate process for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Mandatory consumer rights take priority.
