How do I identify my filter?
Read the complete code printed on your current cartridge and compare it with the compatibility reference. A refrigerator brand by itself is not enough to identify a replacement.
Are these genuine manufacturer filters?
FitFilter offers independent compatible-replacement references. They are not genuine or original appliance-manufacturer filters.
Where does my order ship from?
Orders are fulfilled from China after purchase. Check the dispatch timeframe on the product page, then review delivery options and charges before paying. International transit follows dispatch.
How do I place an order?
Choose an available option on the product page, add it to your cart and continue to checkout. Shopify will show the delivery options and payment methods available for your order.
Can you help check a code?
Yes. Use the contact form to send the full code from your old cartridge and your refrigerator model. You can include a link to a label photo in your message.
